When people ask me, “David, does BNI work for you?” I don’t have to hesitate for one second and respond by saying, “Well, let me tell you what it has done for our business!”
Just a few years ago, I had no idea what BNI was and how other businesses would help me grow our business. I had the opportunity to substitute for a Chapter member, and when I arrived, I met up with many people I already knew. I was asked to substitute several more times. In that short time, I had received just over $2,000 in referrals. I thought to myself, if I put some time and effort into BNI, it could really help the business. So, I joined BNI Business Matters.
Last year was a really tough year for the business. Much of the work that came in last year was through referrals from this Chapter and from Chapters that I visited or was able to substitute at.
This year, so far, has been our best year since the business began just over 5 years ago. Tracking all the business this year, 65% came from BNI!
For the last 3 years, BNI has played a major role in our business and it will for many years to come! My only regret is that I didn’t learn about BNI sooner!
